Two Rivers Housing (TRH) must be living every gambler's dream, a visit to the casino with a blank cheque signed A. Mug.

A very pleasant experience that could only go the way of Mr King and Co. I wonder how much they will personally put in the kitty?

I attended the appeal hearing at Bristol County Court on August 10 and it was obvious that the judge had no alternative but to give judgement in favour of TRH.

However this judgement does not reflect on our chances of success when the matter now goes to trial in October. The same judge will preside over proceedings at trial. In accordance with law the judge having heard all of the arguments during that full day's hearing on Wednesday was prepared, if both parties agreed to give a final judgement there and then the same as if he was hearing the arguments all over again in October.

This made an awful lot of sense as he pointed out all parties would save a considerable sum of monies. Counsel for the home owners readily agreed but TRH, who I believe, realised the actual evidence was stacked against them, refused. Their true colours really shone through as they know the home owners fighting fund is very low and there is no doubt they are hoping we will throw the towel in.

Best you think again Mr King. The home owners will bounce back. They will find the funds to keep fighting you because you are wrong and it will eventually be proven.

One writer suggested some time ago that TRH is a blight on society and has no place in it. How right he was. Keep digging that hole. It is getting deeper and eventually you will not be able to get out.
