ROSS-on-Wye is pulling out all the stops this year to make Christmas extra special for four lucky winners in a £1,000 draw pot.

To add extra sparkle to Christmas shopping in Ross-on-Wye shoppers can take part in the free to enter draw with prizes to be spent in participating shops.

The scheme has just been launched by the Association of Ross Tradersand is already in full swing. Four draws of £250 each will take place on a weekly basis starting on Saturday November 26 and running to Saturday December 17.

Wincey Willis will be switching on the Market House lights on Saturday November 26 at 5.30pm. Wincey is well known for her work as a weather presenter on TV-AM and the adjudicator on Channel 4's Treasure Hunt and is regularly heard presenting shows on local radio station BBC Hereford and Worcester.
