THE Two Rivers Fighting Fund is meeting this Thursday (August 25) at the Miners Welfare Hall in Cinderford to discuss its plans to prepare for the forthcoming 'grass cutting' trial in October.

Amanda Morgan (née Sterry) and Carol Tilling say defeatism is not on the cards and the Fighting Fund Committee has already seen money coming in to support their cause.

"It's been coming in brilliantly well already. What we need to do is raise the rest of the money to meet the trial in October."
