PLANS for this year’s Speech House Vintage show are well under way.

Last year’s event enabled the Forest Vintage Vehicle and Machinery Club to donate £6,000 to local charities.

The beneficiaries included Great Oaks Hospice, Children’s Opportunity Centre, Forest Pulse, Bream Ambulance Car Service, Air Cadets, the Lions Club, Hope for Tomorrow and the Rotary Club.

Forest Vintage Vehicle and Machinery Club is a non-profit organisation run by a team of volunteers with a passion for the community and vintage vehicles,

The club prides itself on putting on a great family day out every year, attracting visitors from far and wide.

This year’s show is on Sunday, September 8.
