I see Councillor Fraser is keen to 'spearhead trust to run Forest' Review 4.2.11. Could this be the same Alastair Fraser who bought some fields near me about six years ago? 

This previously undeveloped agricultural land now has a surfaced road leading to concrete barns. Various outbuildings, vehicles and an ever-present caravan add to the scene. Mature trees have been removed and there is currently an application for a house – sorry, 'timber chalet dwelling associated with an established rural enterprise' on the site.

One does worry what the future may hold if he has any part in Forest administration.
