BUSY Chepstow mum-of-one, Kirsty Prankerd has earned herself a place in the final of the Mumpreneur Awards.

The entrepreneur, who set up Write from the Heart in April, has been shortlisted for the Wired category, which is open to businesses who predominantly trade online.

As well as being shortlisted for this category, Kirsty is also in with a chance of winning the title of Inspirational Business Mum 2014, which will be awarded to the mum who is an inspiration to all women in business, and could walk away with a fantastic prize.

Kirsty specialises in personalised photographic keepsakes and has sold 4,000 products and secured a following of 40,000 people.

She said: "It has been the most challenging year of my life, I am delighted to have been recognised for my achievements, and I'm really excited to find out if I've won the award."

The awards take place on November 8 at The Mumpreneur Conference and Awards in the Heart of England Centre in Warwickshire, and celebrates parents throughout the UK who manage to juggle business with family life.
