ROYAL Dean Forest’s Jared Linden rounded off the cyclocross season on a high at the final round of the Western League at Chavenage House near Tetbury, finishing fourth in the senior category.

This confirmed second overall after a gruelling 14 rounds through one of the wettest and therefore muddiest cyclocross seasons for years. This is even more impressive as this is only Jared’s second cyclocross season.

Following on from Jared’s success Ant White secured third overall in the Western League Cyclocross in the veterans category.
