BROADWELL Football Club welcomed hundreds of young players for its annual summer tournament.
It was the third annual two-day tournament with teams from the Forest, south Wales, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol and Hereford.
Chairman of Broadwell Youth FC, Chris Brain, said: “We had 92 teams playing a total of 240 games over the two days.”
The children in the under-sevens to under-10s played a festival of football with the under-11s to under-14s playing a knockout tournament.
The winners of the knockout age groups were: under-11s, Lydney Town, under-12s, Yate United, under-13s, Croesyceiliog (Cwmbran) and under-14s Pengam (near Newport).
