TEN teams challenged for the honours in the second round of the Forest Fours competition with competitors split between Lightmoor and Lydney lake.

It was a good day's fishing for Mark Wellington who won section A with a catch of 54lbs fishing from peg 17 and Sam Prosser who took section B with 60lb 10oz from peg 35.

Mark said: "It was reasonably difficult for the anglers in the lower pegs and better for the anglers nearer the island."

Second in section A was Matt Grindle and second in section B was Wayne Meek. The event was the second round of six in the Forest Fours.
