CHRIS Higgs made it 10 wins in 10 fights when he took on Aaron Fox in Swindon last Friday.

The welterweight stepped up a division to light-middleweight for the bout at the Oasis Leisure Centre, weighing in at 10st 12lb although he normally fights at 10st 7lb.

The Lydney man won each of the four round 40 points to 36 against his opponent from Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Chris was injured four weeks ago when sparring with Gary Buckland, damaging rib cartilage, forcing a four-week break.

Higgs will now box for a welterweight title at the GL1 leisure centre Gloucester on June 2 .
