A POINT for Division One leaders Lydbrook at third-placed Yorkley maintained the leeway between them and second-placed Coleford United.

The gap between first and second is now five points after Coleford's 3-0 home win against Mushet and Coalway.

Coleford have a game in hand and have four games to play while Lydbrook are in top spot with three games left.

With Yorkley 18 points behind the leaders it is down to Athletic and United to fight it out in the last weeks of the season.

Coleford play their game in hand tonight (Wednesday ) with a visit to Ruardean Hill Rangers Reserves who went into the match in fourth position.

They follow that with a home tie against Yorkley on Saturday and a real "six-pointer" when they travel to the Lydbrook Recreation Ground on Tuesday to face the leaders.

Coleford finish their campaign with an away game at mid-table Puma.

Lydbrook are next in action this Saturday with a visit to sixth-placed Newent Town followed by that potential nail-biter at home to Coleford.

Their last game of the season is at home to Puma.
