ROLLO, a young two year old tabby cat, has been subjected to what vets believe is a deliberate attack where a tiny 5cm wide wire noose was tightened around her waist.
Mike Gibb, a vet at Severnside Vets in Lydney, who treated Rollo, said: "I've no doubt that the wire was placed around the cat deliberately by one or two persons."
Rollo, from Sedbury, is now recovering well. Full story in next week's paper.
