THE children at Busy Bees have been living up to their name recently while making birdfeeders to put in their gardens.
Inspired by the RSPB's Birdwatch the children were keen to also help the wildlife and so enjoyed looking at pictures of garden birds and decorating a tree with them.
Busy Bees Toddler Group is in the process of raising money to create the Wyesham Community Garden in the grounds of Kymin View School. A coffee morning was held in the school's community room recently to raise funds for the project.
Visitors enjoyed tea and cake and a raffle, and viewed some ideas that have been proposed for the garden.
The parents and children who will benefit from the Wyesham Community Garden are looking forward to seeing it full of garden birds in time for next years Birdwatch.
