THERE'S lots of drama going on at St John's Academy in Coleford as children are dressing up in fancy dress.
As part of their new school project, 'All the world's a stage', the children launched a role-play day where they dressed up in costumes connected to drama, performance, music and literacy.
Deputy head, Julie Griffiths, said: "As a school that offers a creative curriculum we have launched a new school project that enables the entire school to work together. It's great to see all the children work together and I think because the children are outside of the classroom they are more proactive and engaged with their learning. Both the teachers and children have been dressing up as actors, directors and all things connected to film and music.
"We are hoping to hold outdoor performances where the children can showcase to their parents what they have learnt over the term."
