A LYDNEY tile company has been named the best in roofing products and solutions at the Build 2019 Design and Build Awards.
Lightweight Tiles Ltd manufactures hand-made, lightweight polypropylene roofing tiles on the Lydney Industrial Estate on Harbour Road.
Director Bruce Bennett said: ““With people becoming more ecologically aware we are confident that our product will reach the target audience we are aiming at.
“The use of recycled plastic and the reduction in landfill our product offers we are confident that people will see us as a real alternative to traditionally less environmentally aware products.
“Without the help, support and dedication of the staff, this business would not be what it is today.”
The company is looking to expand with an increase in production over the next 12 months.
