I AM a little perplexed as to why the public toilets in Lydney's Hill Street car park are to be demolished.

I thought they were damaged by a car ploughing into them a while ago?

It must be the responsibility of the driver's insurance company to repair the damage to the wall and toilets not the ratepayer to foot the bill. Or am I missing something?
