THE trend of taking unwanted items to a dress agency and receiving a 50 per cent cut of the sale has been declining in the Forest for many years – until now.
The Second Opportunity Dress Agency, within the Opportunity Box in St John’s Street in Coleford, hopes more people will visit now it has been refurbished and moved to the ground floor.
Four-year-old Freya Badman cut the ribbon during its grand opening last Friday.
Elaine Screen, of the Children’s Opportunity Centre, said: “The charity shop is going from strength-to-strength and The Second Opportunity Dress Agency has been refurbished and brought downstairs to the ground floor due to popular demand and to make it more accessible for everyone.
