ONE of the most promising tenors on the circuit is to appear at Monmouth's Savoy Theatre on July 1.

Joshua Mills, born in Neath, is now recognised as one of Wales' most promising young tenors.

He has appeared as guest soloist at all types of concerts nationwide and sung solo in Prague, Paris, Barcelona and Tuscany, and is due to tour Venice later in the year as well as appearing on television.

The Savoy concert will include opera classics and West End hits as well as ensemble pieces with the baritone Adam Gilbert and Mezzo Soprano Bethan.
