Could you please explain to Mr Taylor of Aylburton that if, in a debate, one resorts to name calling, then the high ground has already been lost. Also, that it is ill advised to assume too much, i.e. someone's gender, or nationality.

I thought that the other contributors to the debate, Mr Leppington and Mr Roberts, both came up with intelligent, factual responses to my original letter, which is what I meant by having a meaningful discussion.
