MY understanding is that anyone buying the Forest would be responsible for cleaning up all the toxic waste.

This would include all of the World War Two material left behind by the Americans (bless them), plus our own dump of mustard gas which, of course, does not exist because we were not meant to be making it.

Enquiries made a few years ago the USA map archive shows that they have no idea where this stuff is hidden.

But I bet there are a lot of Foresters who do.
