WILDLIFE photograapher Ken Grindle took this shot of a pair of bucks while checking a fence erected to keep out boar.

But the fence at St John’s Churchyard in Cinderford was clearly no match for this pair.

Ken, who lives in Yorkley, said: “I helped put up the fence to keep out the boar but it won’t keep out the bucks.”

Ken says he ran back to the car to grab his camera when he saw the animals.

He said: “I managed to get really close and I felt really excited.”

Ken has been photographing wildlife around the Forest for about nine years.
