QUESTION: What is missing from this picture?

Given that the date it was taken was February 6, 2012, the 60th Anniversary of the Accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the throne of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, I would have thought that, at the very least, Coleford Town Council could have made certain that a shiny new Union flag was flown proudly from the flag pole at the top of the clock /tower. Instead we have nothing!

I realise there may be some in the council who are opposed to the monarchy but there are some, if not many, residents who are very much of the Royalist persuasion of which I am one. Shame on you Coleford Town Council.
