Many of our readers may already be familiar with NG Thai Food in Parkend, which has become very popular with their tasty authentic Thai food, and for providing quality event catering and pop-up restaurant.

The chef and proprietor, known to all as ‘Ice,’ is now expanding. From Thursday, October 4 he will be taking over the kitchen at the Sling Clubhouse, and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 5pm-10pm, will be serving authentic Thai food to takeaway or eat in at the bar.

Ice will also be running a monthly pre-booked meal in the dining room, the first of which will be on Saturday, October 20. Booking for the monthly dining event is essential as availability is limited and bookings should be made directly with the Clubhouse.

Ice is also pleased to be taking on a second chef to train to his own very high standards of cuisine.
