TWO goals from Amelie Curtis and one from Bel Hodgkinson secured cup final glory for Ross Girls in the Herefordshire U10 Futsal final at Webley.

And on their way to lifting the trophy for the second year running, the team scored an amazing 36 goals and conceded none.

Ross came through four group games in pole position to line against Hereford Lads Club’s Vixens Girls.

The final was a tense affair with Ross finding space at a premium to begin with, but playing well and solidly.

And after Amelie broke the deadlock, Bel quickly added a second to give Ross a 2-0 half-time lead.

Following the break, they continued to dominate, before Amy scored her second to make it 3-0 and seal the deal.

Ross Juniors were crowned U10 county futsal champions and will now go on to the regional finals in Birmingham to represent Herefordshire.

The winning team was Izzy Clarke, Katie Nanson Cook, Amy Adams, Hannah Pritchard, Bel Hodgkinson, Eva Flitney and Amelie Curtis, coached by Carl Roberts and Paul Flitney.
