Garden City Under-14s booked their place in the East Gwent League Cup final with a hard-fought 4-0 win over Undy Athletic.

Two goals for Cowan Harrison and one apiece for Sam Calway and Alex Watson saw Garden City home in a game that was much closer than the scoreline suggests.

Both sides played plenty of bright, attacking football with plenty of chances created at either end.

But it was Garden City who were the more clinical, with Calway and Hanson giving them a two goal advantage at half time.

Undy started the second half strongly but were again unable to convert their chances. At the other Garden City continued to show great composure in front of goal as they completed a 4-0 win.

The win means they will face Abergavenny side Mardy in the final on May 13 who beat Caldicot Town 7-2.
